TRAINING NIGHTS.
The Club generally meets twice a week. On Monday evenings for spin biking (6-7pm) and Circuit Training (7-8pm) sessions in Dolgellau Leisure Centre and
on Wednesday evenings for a training run.
From November to March (ie dark evenings) we meet for the run at Dolgellau Leisure Centre at 6.30. The run is usually of 4 or 5 miles, headtorches and
reflective vests are available.
On light evenings (April to September) we meet at one of the car parks in the surrounding countyside at 6.50 ready for a 7.00 start. There is normally a choice of routes
of different lengths and difficulties. These routes are often wet / muddy/ uneven so trail shoes are useful. After the run there is usually a get-together at a nearby Pub.

Please come out and enjoy the light nights on these Club Runs. It is a good way to get to know new routes and running partners. Venues have been selected to enable shorter and longer routes to be run from the same place. If you have trouble getting there due to transport, let someone know and I am sure a lift can be arranged.
You know the time, the place and the date. All you need is your kit and trainers. The more the merrier.
The Club has also
managed to secure the use of the Ysgol y Gader Grass running track for occasional use during the Summer months.
